Beta produces tools for professional mechanics, from industrial maintenance to car and truck repairs, and for anyone whose hobby is much more than a simple pastime.
Today, the Beta Tools catalog includes more than 16,000 items across 30 product families. Partly because of this, Beta Utensili has been the Italian and European leader in the tool sector since 1923.

In 2018, thanks to the acquisition of BM S.p.A., Beta became the market leader in the production of cable lugs, electrical connection systems and tools for electricians. In the same year, with the acquisition of 3D Beta S.r.l., Beta launches an area specialized in Made in Italy Workshop Architecture by designing and creating high-end workshop equipment, while with VGF S.r.l. we enter the market of special powder coating for metal furniture. The Group’s growth strategy will continue in 2019 with the acquisitions of Abra Beta S.p.A . and Elpa Abrasivi S.r.l., leader in the production of professional abrasives. In January 2023, the Beta Group completed the acquisition of the majority of Helvi S.p.A., one of the main players in the field of professional welding equipment. With the complete Beta Group we can call ourselves a total supplier for the workshop.

Beta Benelux BV is a complete factory of Beta Utensili and is located in Roosendaal. We specialize in thinking along and delivering everything that is needed in a workshop. With our extensive range and specialism in this, we can provide our customers with the right advice. Our sales demonstrators are also available for our dealers, with a moving showroom we can provide training and demonstrations for the dealer and end users. With a large warehouse in Roosendaal, we deliver our products from our own stock to the customer within 24-48 hours. As a European manufacturer, we give a lifetime warranty on our products and with Beta quality and service is always in Pole Position.
