Work Planner/Planner
You always know how to keep an overview, no matter what. “You’re not going to get crazy!” As a work planner, you may have the most versatile job of all your colleagues. Isn’t that great?!
What does the job entail?
In the position of work planner, you are the first point of contact for our customers, drivers and mechanics. You speak to both drivers who walk in and customers who contact us by phone to make an appointment, for example. With your technical insight, you can advise customers well. You schedule maintenance appointments, create digital work orders and distribute the work to our technicians. After the work has been done, you check the digital work order and process it so that the order can be sent to the administration for invoicing. Then you call or email the customer with the message that his vehicle is ready for use again! You also answer questions from mechanics and you make sure they know what is expected of them. Summarized; You have a pivotal role in a technical company.
Are these your qualities:
Nothing is too crazy for you. You can easily switch gears and set priorities. You feel at home in a dynamic and ‘rapidly changing’ environment. You are systematic, work carefully and are stress-resistant. Worrying about a problem? You don’t do that, you focus on finding a solution! You are customer-oriented and unburden your colleagues so that they can do their work properly.
